For complaints about content, another user or host, a suspension, your personal data, or anything you feel we haven't handled fairly, write to our Grievance Officer:

• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
• Intimate images or impersonation: if a call or profile shows you, or someone you act for, nude, in a sexual act, or impersonated, we act within 24 hours of your complaint.
• Requests to remove other unlawful content are acted on within 72 hours.
• If you're not happy with the Grievance Officer's decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days at gac.gov.in.
• For complaints about your personal data, you can also go to the Data Protection Board of India.
