1. 1You must be a woman aged 18 or olderEvery host is checked with a live selfie video. Only you may appear on your calls. Nobody under 18 may ever be on camera or in the room.
2. 2No nudity or sexual contentKeep calls friendly and fully clothed. No sexual acts, sexual talk, explicit gestures or undressing, even if a caller asks or offers more coins.
3. 3Keep everything inside ViaraaDon't share or ask for phone numbers, social media, addresses or payment details, and never ask callers to pay you or meet you outside the app.
4. 4Be respectfulNo hate speech, threats, bullying or harassment. You can end any call at any time, and block or report a caller with one tap.
5. 5No recordingDon't record, screenshot or stream callers, and don't share anything from a call.
6. 6Be yourself, and only yourselfUse your own recent photos and true age. Your account and UPI ID are yours alone: no sharing accounts, no agents running them for you.
7. 7Nothing illegalNo drugs, weapons, gambling, scams, or asking for gifts in return for anything against these rules.

• You earn for every minute charged on your calls, at the rate shown in your host app, plus the full value of the gifts you receive. Viaraa takes no cut.
• Everything you earn from Monday to Sunday is paid the next Monday to your own UPI ID. The UTR of each payment appears in your Earnings tab.
• If a week's total is below the minimum payout, it's added to the next week's.
• A payout waits while you haven't added a UPI ID, while a report about one of your calls is being checked, or while your account is suspended.
• You're responsible for your own taxes.

• A caller can invite you to a game during a call. The call, its billing and every rule above carry on while you play, and you can decline or close the game at any time.
• Outside calls, only callers who've had a paid call with you can invite you, and you can always say not now. Turn games off any time in your Profile.
• You're not paid for games outside calls, and your earnings never depend on who wins. Games are only for fun: never ask a caller to pay, recharge or send a gift because of a game or its result.

• Callers only see your display name, age, languages, about and approved photos. Your email, date of birth, selfie and UPI ID are never shown to them.
• Your selfie video is only seen by our verification team and is deleted as soon as they've decided.
• If a caller makes you uncomfortable, end the call and report them. We review every report.
• We never ask for your password or UPI PIN. Anyone who does isn't from Viaraa.

Automatic nudity check: it watches the whole call. If it sees nudity in the first minutes (currently the first 3), the call ends and the person whose camera showed it gets a warning. After 3 warnings the account is suspended. Later in a call it doesn't end the call, but our safety team may still warn or suspend. Either way, a short clip with sound and a screenshot of each camera are saved as proof for our safety team only (see the Privacy Policy).

For other problems, we may warn you, end a live call, suspend your account, or close it. Suspension works immediately and holds your payouts while we look into it.

Earnings from calls that broke these rules may be withheld. Anything involving a minor is reported to the authorities.
